Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified CA with 23 years of hands-on experience in Fund Accounting, specifically in Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core fund accounting operations, financial reporting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end fund accounting activities for Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
Calculate and review Net Asset Value (NAV).
Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and fund reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and investor reports.
Reconcile cash, investments,and portfolio transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with fund documentation, accounting standards,



and regulatory requirements.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
Solid experience in hardcore Fund Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting.
Sound knowledge of fund structures, capital activity, and investment accounting.
Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to fund accounting platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility
CA Qualified (2022 Pass-out or later).
2–3 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting.
Experience in Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting is mandatory.
