Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach Literature in English.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a supportive learning workplace that encourages participation.
Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development.
Prepare assessments and exams to evaluate student knowledge.
Provide individualized support to help students achieve academic goals.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of English literature and language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, teachers,



and staff.
Familiarity with IGCSE, AS A Level curricula.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to current teaching methods and technologies.
