Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business, meeting customers in the field, building solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with customers, this prospect is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and businesses within the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Present and promote the company's products and services.
Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Submit daily sales reports and update customer records.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Eligibility
6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
