Job Title: Factory Accounts Manager

Location: Uluberia

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce.
Additional qualifications such as CA Final, MBA in Finance, and knowledge of SAP BOne will be considered an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
Candidates with experience in the Plastic or Tarpaulin industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Reconciliation of books of accounts with physical records.
Ensure timely and accurate daily accounting entries related to consumption, production, and inventory movement.
Maintain and verify purchase and sales entries.
Monitor and oversee all debtors' and creditors' ledgers related to factory operations.
Ensure completion and maintenance of all related documentation.




Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, and GST requirements, including timely deductions and filings.
Coordinate with various departments such as HR, SAP Coordinators, and Manufacturing Units for smooth operations.
Prepare and submit management reports as and when required.

Preferred Skills
Solid understanding of factory accounting and inventory management.
Working knowledge of SAP Business One.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach.
