Role & responsibilities-
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, prospects, and potential risks.
Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to answer key business questions.
Develop and maintain KPI tracking frameworks for business performance monitoring.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Excel.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Category, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.





Preferred candidate profile-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within the e-commerce industry.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with: o Power BI and/or Tableau o SQL o Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
Experience in building dashboards that effectively communicate business performance and support decision-making.
Robust stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, Revenue, Conversion Rate, Traffic, AOV, Customer Retention, Inventory Performance, etc.
