Role Purpose

Lead the organization's capital strategy by driving fundraising, institutional financing, banking partnerships, investor relations, and financial structuring to accelerate national expansion of the 1 Panchayat – 1 Drone Udhami Mission

, Drone Suvidha Kendras, and future technology infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, grants, venture capital, impact funds, CSR, and multilateral funding.
Develop strategic partnerships with Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs, SIDBI, NABARD, NCDC, NSDC, and other financial institutions.
Design and implement financing models for the 1 Panchayat – 1 Drone Udhami Mission .
Structure financing solutions for Drone Suvidha Kendras, Tehsil Channel Partners (TCPs), District Channel Partners (DCPs), and State Channel Partners (SCPs).
Lead onboarding of banking partners for drone, EV, solar, and rural entrepreneurship financing.
Build national credit guarantee, subsidy,



and blended finance models with Central and State Governments.
Manage investor relations, due diligence, financial modelling, and strategic investments.
Lead financial planning for Drone City projects, Centres of Excellence, manufacturing facilities, and technology parks.
Drive project financing through PPP, Viability Gap Funding (VGF), and infrastructure finance.
Establish partnerships with international development agencies, export credit agencies, and global financial institutions.
Oversee treasury management, financial risk management, and long-term capital planning.
Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
