MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile Preschool Franchise Sales Executive to expand the Edify Kids preschool network. The ideal candidate should have experience in franchise sales, franchise onboarding, or business development within the preschool, education, or franchise industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify franchise leads through calls, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking.
Present the Edify Kids preschool franchise model to prospective investors and entrepreneurs.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement closure.
Conduct business presentations, meetings, and site evaluations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and launch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.




Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Participate in franchise expos, education events, and business networking activities.

Required Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in franchise sales, franchise development, onboarding, or business development.
Experience in preschool, school, education, or franchise industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Robust lead generation and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel when required.
Target-oriented with a passion for business growth.
