Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Understand clients' property requirements and investment goals.
Generate qualified leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Present residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects until closure and beyond.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and ongoing projects
