The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and business development, with a basic understanding of IT staffing and software development services.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, job portals, and other lead generation platforms.
Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline for IT staffing and software development services.
Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Promote the companys IT services, including Staff Augmentation, Custom Software Development, AI & Blockchain, Cloud Solutions, SAP Consulting, and Data Analytics.
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and sales collateral with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups,



and opportunity tracking in CRM.
Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and industry trends.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure timely client engagement and successful project delivery.
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
Basic understanding of IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Software Development Services.
Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
