Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Export Fabric Sales & Marketing with a robust background in the fabric manufacturing industry, specifically in shirting fabrics. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across domestic and international markets, managing end-to-end sales operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, mills, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in domestic and export markets.
Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities to grow the companys global footprint.
Manage end-to-end fabric business operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Oversee the complete export process, including order processing, documentation, and logistics coordination.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.




Possess in-depth knowledge of fabric costing and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with brands, factories, and mills to meet development timelines and client specifications.
Monitor and manage pre-development and bulk production Work-in-Process (WIP).
Handle multiple customer accounts efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Follow up closely with plant and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the fabric manufacturing industry (preferably shirting fabrics).
Solid understanding of fabric products, market trends, and customer preferences.
Proven track record in handling domestic and international clients.
