Position: Business Development Executive (Telesales)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers over phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company's legal and business services.
Build rapport and guide customers throughout the sales process.
Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate follow-up records and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Spend approximately 23 hours daily on outbound calling activities.

Note: This is not a lead generation role. Leads/prospects will be provided. Your primary responsibility is to convert conversations into business.

Who We're Looking For




6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales mindset with a target-oriented approach.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
