Role Description The Health Care Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role is responsible for managing health insurance operations, coordinating with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) and insurance companies, and ensuring smooth policy issuance, servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.

The ideal candidate will prepare health insurance quotations, manage policy data across insurer and TPA portals, provide backend support for policy-related queries, maintain operational MIS reports,



and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing. The role also requires maintaining proper documentation, ensuring compliance with insurer processes, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in health insurance operations , TPA handling, or a similar insurance operations role.
Experience working with insurer and TPA portals for policy issuance, servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination.
Good understanding of health insurance products and operational workflows.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of Indian health insurance regulations and processes is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
