Research Consultant - Recruitment and Staffing (International Recruitment)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Consultant to support our recruitment efforts in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including online databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team, helping to refine search strategies and improve candidate matching.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, market trends, and candidate profiles for internal stakeholders and clients.




Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored research solutions.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or recruitment role, preferably within the APAC and UK regions.
Skills:
Robust analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in using research tools and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry and market dynamics in Australia, the UK, and the broader APAC region.
