We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in hiring IT professionals, especially Software Developers and technical roles. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT and software development roles.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of technical talent.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
Proven experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, or similar technical roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
