Group Leader Installation (Car Parking / Elevator Industry)

Location: Central Mumbai

Experience: 7–12 Years

Industry Preference: Automated Car Parking Systems or Elevator Industry ONLY

Qualification: Diploma / BE (MBA preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Group Leader – Installation to lead installation projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in installation management, client coordination, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise multiple installation projects and site teams.
Conduct site surveys, layout marking, and installation supervision.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure installation quality, safety standards, testing & commissioning.




Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle escalation management and customer/PMC coordination.
Prepare installation MIS, work measurements, and certifications.
Manage subcontractors and installation engineers.

Candidate Profile
Mandatory experience in Automated Car Parking Systems or Elevator Industry.
Robust experience in installation/project execution.
Excellent team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of CAD and project management tools is preferred.
Willing to travel across project locations.
