Graduate in any stream AND B2.2 level or above in any of these languages Portuguese or French Diploma or advanced diploma in Portuguese or French Language from Delhi University or any other recognized university OR Graduation in Portuguese or French from Delhi University or any other recognized university or equivalent Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Must be versatile to work in different shifts depending upon business requirement - Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, MA, MCom, etc.)
No Engineering degree.
SAP Readiness:
Solid interest in learning SAP technologies




Willingness to undergo SAP BASIS training and certification
Ready to work in global support environments and rotational shifts if required Key Responsibilities (Post‑Training / Initial Phase) - Support incident and service request resolution
Coordinate with functional and technical SAP stakeholders
