Promote and sell air conditioners and related products. Generate current business through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
Visit retail and commercial customers to understand their cooling requirements. Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing. Follow up on customer inquiries and close sales. Coordinate with the installation and service teams for timely delivery and installation.
Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports. Keep up to date with current AC models, technologies, and competitor products. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
