Key Responsibilities

● Manage complete HR operations lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and exit formalities

● Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture

● Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner

● Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies

● Manage, prepare and process payroll operations accurately and on time

● Handle all statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and attendance and others as per applicable law.

● Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation.

● Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance management, and audits

● Act as a point of contact for employees during night shift operations.

● Handle legal documentation related to employment contracts, disciplinary actions, warnings, notices, and termination processes.

● Coordinate with legal consultants and external authorities on labour disputes, employee claims,



and compliance matters.

● Monitor changes in labour laws and advise management on policy updates and compliance requirements.

● Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters involving legal implications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 5–15 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manage

● Solid knowledge of employee engagement and grievance handling and POSH policy, training and posh submission report.

● Practical experience in HR legal compliance, labour dispute management, and employment law matters.

● In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

● Solid payroll knowledge with hands-on experience

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

● Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
