Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the hotel's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, PMS, POS, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to staff, maintain system security, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for hotel operations and users.
Maintain computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and peripherals.
Manage PMS, POS, email, and other hotel applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform system backups, updates, and security maintenance.
Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of hotel IT systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of networking, Windows systems, PMS/POS, and CCTV.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
