Key Responsibilities Primary responsibilities:

Handle inquiries for all types of loans (home loan, personal loan, business loan, loan against property, vehicle loan, education loan, MSME loan, etc.).

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Generate current leads through calls, references, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field visits.

Follow up with prospective customers until loan disbursement.

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, tenure, processing fees, and documentation requirements.

Collect, verify, and organize customer documents.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.

Assist customers in completing application forms accurately.

Track loan applications and provide regular status updates to clients.

Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Sales and business development

Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

Develop relationships with builders, real estate agents, CAs, DSAs, and business associates.

Generate business through networking and referrals.

Conduct customer meetings and presentations.

Identify cross-selling prospects (insurance, credit cards, balance transfer, top-up loans, etc.).

Documentation & compliance





Ensure all KYC documents are complete and accurate.

Verify customer income and financial documents.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Follow RBI guidelines and company compliance policies.

Ensure error-free loan files before submission.

CRM & reporting

Update CRM with every lead and customer interaction.

Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Track conversion ratio and pending cases.

Maintain customer database for future business.

Coordination

Coordinate with banks and lending partners.

Follow up with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams.

Ensure timely sanction and disbursement of loans.

Resolve processing delays proactively.

Customer service

Build long-term relationships with customers.

Provide post-disbursement support when required.

Request customer referrals and testimonials.

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
