About Our Client A growing organisation in the FMCG industry - Oversee all commercial contracting, including drafting, negotiation, governance frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
Ensure end-to-end compliance across food, consumer, labour, data privacy, packaging, environmental, and other applicable regulations within the industry.
Handle litigation, disputes, and regulatory proceedings, representing the company before authorities and managing external counsel where required.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insight and risk assessment.
Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives, including compliance, reporting, disclosures, and evolving regulatory requirements.

The Successful

Applicant A successful candidate should have:
An LLB degree.



A CS qualification is an advantage.
Experience in the consumer, FMCG, food manufacturing sectors.
Solid expertise across regulatory, compliance, employment, commercial, data privacy, ESG, and product-related laws relevant to a consumer-facing business.
