Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Patiala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets while upholding the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Train and mentor store staff on product knowledge and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock, promotions, and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
3–6 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.
Experience in jewellery retail will be an added advantage.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/POS software.
