Job Title: Junior Merchandiser

Department: Merchandising

Reports To: Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager

Location: Garments Manufacturing Unit

Job Purpose To assist the merchandising team in managing orders, coordinating with buyers and internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of production from order confirmation to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Senior Merchandisers in handling buyer orders and daily merchandising activities.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Sampling, and Logistics teams.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and buyer comments.
Track order status and ensure production milestones are achieved on time.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) calendars, and merchandising reports.
Communicate with buyers regarding order updates, approvals, and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories.
Ensure all buyer specifications, packaging, and labeling requirements are followed.




Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, samples, and shipments.
Support shipment planning and ensure timely dispatch.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Textile, Fashion, or Apparel-related qualification preferred).

Experience
0–2 years of experience in garment merchandising (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and merchandising processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
