The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, revenue, and market expansion across India by developing and executing national sales strategies, leading regional and zonal sales teams, achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks, building solid client relationships, monitoring market trends, coordinating product positioning with marketing, ensuring timely collections, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 12–18+ years of sales experience, including 5–8 years in a senior leadership role managing Pan-India sales operations. Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
Experience in the Jewelry, Luxury Goods, Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
