Job Title: Outsourcing Executive / Vendor Development Executive Company: Royal Mech Industries Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with machining vendors and subcontractors. Visit vendors for job follow-up and quality checks. Negotiate rates, delivery schedules, and process costs. Ensure on-time material movement and job completion. Maintain positive relationships with existing and current vendors. Update daily work progress to management.

EligibilityEducation: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI Experience: Minimum 2 years in any industry (Manufacturing experience preferred) Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence. Positive communication and negotiation skills. Smart, responsible, and willing to travel locally. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for reporting is preferred.
