Job Summary

Vision Eye Centre is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager with a robust background in eye hospital marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in government health panels such as CGHS, DGHS, and other institutional tie-ups, along with expertise in hospital marketing. This is a field-based role requiring an established network and proven ability to generate patient referrals and institutional business.

Please Note: Candidates with only digital marketing experience or without eye hospital marketing experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and business growth.
Manage and expand empanelments with CGHS, DGHS, and other government and corporate health schemes.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate organizations, TPAs, and government departments.
Identify recent business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
Plan and execute outreach activities, camps, and referral programs.
Coordinate with hospital management to achieve monthly and annual marketing targets.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in an Eye Hospital is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of CGHS, DGHS, and hospital empanelment processes.
Proven experience in hospital field marketing and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Candidates without eye hospital marketing experience will not be considered.
Candidates with only digital marketing experience are requested not to apply.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
