About Us We are a growing marketing agency based in Canada that manages marketing for e-commerce, restaurants, retail brands, hospitality businesses, and local service companies.
Our team handles everything from social media to content creation and paid advertising. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who understands performance marketing and can help us manage and optimize ad campaigns for our clients.
This is a long-term remote role with the chance to grow with the agency as we scale.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for helping manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Tasks Include
Building and launching Meta ad campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance and making optimizations
Testing creatives and audiences
Setting up conversion tracking and pixels when required
Managing campaign budgets
Reporting performance to our internal team
Identifying opportunities to improve ROAS and lead quality
You will work alongside our internal team that handles content creation and social media management.

Ideal Candidate We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has 2+ years running paid ads
Understands ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion tracking
Has experience running lead generation or local business campaigns
Is comfortable managing multiple ad accounts
Is proactive and can identify ways to improve campaign performance
Communicates clearly and consistently
Work Workplace Remote position.
You will communicate with our team through Whatsapp and weekly check-ins.
Pay
Compensation Will Depend On Experience And Workload. Potential for long-term growth and increased responsibility as the agency expands.
