Role & responsibilities
Manpower & Job Management
Allocate daily maintenance tasks to employees and effectively manage manpower deployment.
Ensure timely job follow-up to complete activities with high quality and minimum downtime.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Verify completion of cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and inspection (CLTI) activities.
Attend gaps identified during preventive checks and ensure corrective actions.
Review condition monitoring reports and take appropriate action for critical equipment health.
Maintenance Planning
Plan and schedule daily maintenance jobs and shutdown activities.
Monitor job progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Material & Spares Management
Plan, track, and maintain required spare parts inventory.
Raise purchase requirements and coordinate ordering of current spares when needed.
Improvement & Reliability Enhancement




Propose and implement improvements (Kaizens) to enhance equipment health, performance, and maintenance ease.
Drive special improvement projects focused on quality, reliability, and equipment life.
Documentation & Audits
Prepare documentation for CEHS audits, IMS audits, and JH level audits.
Ensure adherence to established systems and compliance requirements.
Safety & Training
Promote industrial safety practices to employees and contract workmen.
Train and develop employees and contract technicians for technical enhancements and protected work execution.
Provide mentorship to team members to improve technical competency.
Breakdown Analysis
Conduct root-cause analysis for breakdowns and rectify abnormalities to prevent recurrence.
