Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and production support activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, reporting, data migration, integrations, and Oracle quarterly release support.

Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Analyze and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support SR management, change management, release management, and documentation.
Configure and support Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Security and Helpdesk modules.
Develop and support OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, HCM Extracts, and Quick Formulas.
Perform data migration and data correction activities using HDL/HSDL.




Collaborate with business users and functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Support integrations with third-party applications such as ADP and Oracle ERP.
Perform quarterly release impact assessment and validation.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and SOX standards.

Mandatory Skills
4+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
