Role Description the Relationship Manager – NRI Business is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The position involves managing and growing a portfolio of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers by offering tailored banking solutions across deposits, remittances, investments, and loan products. The role includes regular client engagement through calls, meetings, and digital channels to understand financial needs, provide advisory support, and ensure high service standards.

The Relationship

Manager coordinates with internal teams to process transactions, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.



Daily activities also include prospecting for current NRI clients, achieving business targets, tracking portfolio performance, and maintaining accurate records in the bank’s systems.

Qualifications
Solid relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.
Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, ideally with experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or cross-border financial solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly and professionally.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, identify opportunities, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to NRI accounts, KYC, AML, and documentation standards.
