Looking for Experienced Candidates 4 or 5 years.
Supervise daily powder coating operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Monitor plant performance, equipment utilization, and shift efficiency.
Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
Oversee surface preparation, coating thickness, curing, and finish quality.
Conduct inspections and approve finished products before dispatch.
Manage operation of coating booths, ovens, conveyors, and pretreatment systems.
Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
Implement process improvements for higher efficiency and reduced wastage.
Allocate tasks and supervise operators, helpers, and technicians.




Train staff on safety practices, equipment handling, and coating techniques.
Motivate the team to maintain productivity and discipline.
Maintain records of production output, material consumption, and rejection rates.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Track powder usage and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure use of PPE.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for waste disposal and emissions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
