We are seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant with a strong background in Investment Banking to design and deliver impactful Management Information (MI) dashboards and KPI reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics. This is a business-facing reporting role, and BI Developer profiles are not suitable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for MI reporting and KPI tracking.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.

Develop meaningful visualizations and reports that support business decision-making.

Work with large datasets from multiple sources to create scalable and high-performing reporting solutions.

Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.

Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience.

Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and reporting standards.

Support report enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.

Must-Have Skills





Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development for Management Information (MI) reporting and KPI tracking.

Robust experience working in the Investment Banking domain.

Proven experience gathering business requirements and delivering business-focused reporting solutions.

Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Note: This role requires a Power BI reporting qualified. Profiles focused primarily on BI development or ETL development will not be considered.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer for workflow automation and advanced analytics.

Experience in data validation, data cleansing, and data quality management.

Knowledge of data governance principles and reporting controls.

Experience working with large enterprise datasets in financial services.
