We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in a sheet metal fabrication unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating between management and shop-floor workers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage 35–40 sheet metal workers on the shop floor
Plan and monitor daily production schedules as per targets
Ensure proper execution of sheet metal fabrication processes, including:
Welding (Arc, MIG/TIG preferred)
Turning
Lathe operations
Cutting, bending, punching, drilling
Coordinate with production planning, purchase, and quality teams
Maintain basic production and manpower reports

Required Skills & Knowledge
Robust hands-on knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing
Practical understanding of welding,



lathe, turning, fabrication processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Experience in managing large shop-floor teams
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to meet production deadlines under pressure

Candidate Profile
Age 35 years or above
Must be based in Noida / Greater Noida / nearby locations
Background from sheet metal fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing units
Secure work history preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
