Plant Head – Manufacturing

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding / Electrical Switches & Plates Manufacturing

Experience: 15–20+ Years

Age: 45+ Years Preferred

Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.50 Lakh per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle complete plant operations independently.
Achieve production targets with optimum quality and productivity.
Manage Production, Maintenance,Stores, Planning and Dispatch.
Ensure machine utilisation, cost control and process improvement.
Lead and develop plant teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Management for production planning and business goals.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Plastic) preferred.
Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and Electrical Switches/Plates Manufacturing preferred.
Robust leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage the entire manufacturing plant.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
