Job Summary

We are looking for a Plant Operations Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring effective production, optimal resource utilisation, and adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
Manage workforce allocation and monitor productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor production costs and support budget control initiatives.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) standards.
Generate and maintain MIS reports for production performance and plant operations.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
