About the Role

Lead regional sales operations, manage a high-performing sales team, grow existing business, expand recent accounts, strengthen dealer networks, and achieve regional sales targets in the Genomics and Life Sciences market.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
Develop and execute regional sales plans and targets.
Drive new business and expand existing customer accounts.
Manage dealers, distributors, and key customer relationships.
Identify market opportunities and monitor trends.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to payment.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
Recommend recent products and innovative sales strategies.

What We're Looking For
8–10 years of Genomics/Life Sciences sales experience.
Experience selling Genomics instruments and consumables.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively.
