The Stationery division of Navneet Education Ltd is looking at hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the North region for their paper stationery business.
Location - Delhi Responsibilities
Sales (Primary & Secondary)
Monitoring Payment collection
Proper utilization of expense budget (Expense to Sales ratio)
Training & Developing subordinates
Designing trade schemes and promotional activities
Appointment and review of Distributors
Expanding coverage width & depth
Increase market share & counter share
Increase wholesale coverage
Accurate sales projections and forecasting Required Skills To make plans and deliver profitable business from his territory as per agreed targets.
To lead sales team and increase Width/Depth/Display/Sales through his team and distributors.
Design trade scheme/incentive offer/KPI and implement the same.
Make and monitor expense to sales budget.
Performance review and team training & development.
Input to management on policy related to sales team & Sales.
Note: The candidate from the Stationery industry will be preferred.
