The Sales

Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, following up on sales prospects, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Present and promote products/services to customers effectively. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.





Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. Solid customer service and relationship management skills. Good follow-up and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
