Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans to minimize risks and ensure a protected working workplace.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management.
Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
Robust knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
