Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company SOPs, and statutory requirements. Issue, monitor, and close Permit-to-Work (PTW) for Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, LOTO, and other critical activities. Supervise high-risk jobs and ensure proper PPE usage and safety precautions. Ensure the safety, welfare, and security of women employees within the factory premises. Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Manage complete housekeeping across production areas, warehouses, offices, roads, yards, and common facilities. Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of storm water drains, drainage systems, and prevent water stagnation across the premises. Monitor contractor safety and ensure adherence to PTW and safety standards. Maintain safety records, inspection reports, housekeeping checklists, and statutory documentation. Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety inspections,



and mock drills. Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and workplace cleanliness. Qualification Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Industrial Safety. Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred. Experience 3–8 years of experience in industrial safety and housekeeping management in a manufacturing environment.
