Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Associate Managers.
Drive monthly sales targets and high-value deal closures.
Manage the complete sales cycle from client engagement to conversion.
Build and manage relationships with HNI clients.
Ensure CRM discipline, performance tracking, and team development.

What We're Looking For




3–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
Solid understanding of Bengaluru's premium residential market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
