We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to expand the retail presence of our branded packaged food products.

Job Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Shree Nandi's branded packaged food products to retail outlets within the assigned territory. The role requires developing strong relationships with retailers, increasing product visibility, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely order collection and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities Visit retail stores, supermarkets, grocery shops, and other retail outlets on a daily basis.

Promote and sell Shree Nandi's packaged food products.

Generate recent retail customers and maintain relationships with existing retailers.

Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters.

Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.

Follow up on payments and maintain healthy retailer relationships.

Report daily sales activities, market feedback,



and outlet visits to the Sales Manager.

Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical business practices.

Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Prior experience in FMCG or food product sales is preferred.

Must possess valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the local market and retail network is an added advantage.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
