Shaakya Polimer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales operations, drive business growth, expand the dealer/distributor network, and achieve revenue targets for our PVC pipe manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
Expand and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
Drive market expansion, business development, and project sales.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.

Requirements
10–18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Pipes Industry is mandatory.
Experience in PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, SWR, Agricultural,



Plumbing, or Infrastructure Pipes is preferred.
Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and business development.
Robust leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
