Developing and managing a team of SEs as per the business plan
Training and people development
Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, Operations &
Collection
Taking care of collections, solid check on the ID, ED &
NS cases
Regular review meetings with teams below and above hierarchy

Identifies business prospects and converting them into opportunities.
