The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions while supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support labour coordination and ensure efficient workflow within the store.

Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.



Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
