Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna. This role involves leading the creation of visual concepts and designs for print, digital, and branding projects, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop campaign materials, packaging, promotional graphics, and other customer-facing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, preparing production-ready files, and managing multiple design projects from concept to completion. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, presenting design options to stakeholders,



and incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.

Qualifications

Robust skills in graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).

Experience creating designs for both print and digital channels, such as marketing collateral, social media, and packaging.

Ability to interpret brand guidelines and develop cohesive visual identities and campaigns.

Excellent attention to detail, with strong skills in reviewing and refining design work.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Several years of experience in a graphic design or senior design role; prior experience in consumer products or retail is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to work on-site in Patna and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
