Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring our organization’s financial health. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced skilled to lead key accounting functions and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Assist in tax planning and advisory for clients or internal stakeholders
Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes
Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency




Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
Support in automation, documentation, and process improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in accounting
Robust understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, PF & PT)
Proficient in Tally or other accounting tools
Working knowledge of Income Tax e-filing portal, the GST portal, and TRACES
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of Indian corporate compliance and audit procedures

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
