Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Functional Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S/4HANA integration . The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and the ability to work with business users for planning solutions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Work on SAP IBP implementation and support activities across Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes.
Configure and troubleshoot:
Key Figures
Planning Levels
Planning Views
Planning Operators
Excel Add-in issues
Maintain and optimize time-series planning models , calculations, and planning configurations.
Support master data setup and issue resolution:

Monitor and manage data integration flows using:
CPI-DS
SAP Data Integration (SDI)
SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/CI)
Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems.
Support daily/weekly planning runs, job scheduling, and monitoring.




Analyze forecast and planning discrepancies and provide solutions with business teams.
Collaborate with planners and key users for continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities.

Mandatory Skills
SAP IBP experience in:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
Minimum one end-to-end SAP IBP implementation experience with S/4HANA integration .
Robust understanding of IBP configuration and planning processes.
Experience with CPI / Cloud Integration / CPI-DS interfaces.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods industry.
Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration scenarios.
Experience in SAP IBP production support and issue resolution.

Interview Focus Areas Candidates should be able to explain:
SAP IBP integrations worked on (S/4HANA, ECC, CPI/CPI-DS, external systems).
Challenges faced in IBP implementations and solutions delivered.
Demand and Supply Planning scenarios handled.

Availability Preference
Immediate joiners preferred.
