Experience
Minimum 7–15 years in field recovery, collections, or credit control.
Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, or Corporate Recovery preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Personally visit defaulting customers to recover outstanding dues.
Take complete ownership of assigned recovery cases until closure.
Conduct persistent field follow-ups and negotiate payment settlements.
Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve outstanding account disputes.
Identify wilful defaulters and coordinate legal recovery actions with advocates.
Demonstrate exceptional perseverance in field recovery by pursuing every lawful avenue to achieve payment while maintaining professionalism and legal compliance.
Prepare recovery reports and maintain proper documentation.
Travel extensively across assigned territories and stay at customer locations, when operationally required, to facilitate lawful recovery discussions.
Desired Skills
