Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in order processing, follow-ups, and maintaining records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow for orders and deliveries. Handle appointment scheduling for stock deliveries with clients.
Stock & Dispatch Management:

Coordinate with the factory for stock checks and availability updates.Track dispatch schedules and provide real-time updates to the sales team and customers. Ensure timely follow-ups on pending deliveries and order fulfillment.
Client Appointment & Communication Efficiency

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare Recent Product Introduction (NPI) Sheets with all necessary details. Fill up Vendor Registration Forms (VRF) accurately and ensure timely submission.

Maintain proper records of order history, client communications,



and delivery updates.
Client Communication & Support:

Take appointments from clients for the smooth delivery of stocks. Address queries related to dispatches, stock availability, and order status. Coordinate with transport and logistics partners for seamless execution of deliveries

6.To provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
To maintain data security and confidentiality
To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take the emergent responsibilities
To fill up the Daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS Reports
To act according to company HR policies rules and regulations.
